Quality Repairs at a Fair Price. Took my car in and was repaired on time and as quoted. Took my truck in and he found a minor problem and repaired at no charge! Used a third time and all went well again. I will be using them in the future and suggest you give them a look. Thanks Bob.
Best experience I've had with an auto repair shop.
I have too many nice things to say about this business. Bob, the owner, was very quick to get my girlfriends car in to get the brakes checked. He was exceedingly friendly, and apologized for the state of the shop - which is okay, he's trying to get a good base going. He greeted my girlfriend and I with a nice firm handshake, and he looked us in the eye when he spoke. I knew I could trust him. Bob worked quickly to diagnose the car, and when he found the issue, he called us over to the car for us to look at it. He told us exactly what was wrong, demonstrated it to confirm. He provided options to fix the problem. Bob was adamant about getting good parts for cheaper prices to make sure my girlfriend was safe. He gave us a free quote, which was $400 cheaper than any other place, and it was the same parts. He recommended that my girlfriend not drive the car unless she had to. I could tell he truly cared for her safety, and he said he wouldn't let his wife or kids drive it. He replaced the parts quickly and got us taken care of.
I went in to have an oil leak diagnosed. They found the source of the leak -- the national chain oil change place I had last been to had messed up the seal on the oil filter. Thank goodness I didn't wind up with a blown engine! They did not charge for finding the problem.
I had them do an oil change for me the next day. Price was very reasonable. They are knowledgeable and professional. I will be using them in the future.
Bob is a genuinely good man, an excellent mechanic, and a father/husband. These qualities really come together to provide the community with a mechanic you know and trust. I will be returning to do all my family and my business with him. I recommend all others to try him out, he won't let you down.
